Today’s second group of workout was a rowing relay. One teammate would row while the other did dumbbell strength exercises and treadmill work. After finishing their set, they’d switch with the person on the rower. The goal was to see how many meters we could row in 23 minutes. Our team ended up with 4600 meters, thanks in large part to my incredibly fit partner.
What really amazed me was the winning team—two older men with white hair—who pulled off an impressive 6500 meters. It was truly inspiring to see how strong and fit they were despite their age. Much respect to them!

Today’s workout was quite a challenge — a 2000-meter row.
I initially thought such a “big event” would take up a large portion of a full one-hour session, but to my surprise, it was only part of one group in a two-group workout. That meant we had just over ten minutes for it.
The goal was to complete the full 2000 meters in one go, ideally increasing speed with each 500-meter split. I finished in 9 minutes and 31 seconds.
It was tough, for sure — but I got it done.
Honestly, when I found out last week that this 2000-meter row was coming up, I briefly considered skipping the workout altogether.
But now that I’ve completed it, I do feel a sense of accomplishment. 😄
