This post kicks off a simple log of my fitness routine.

Recently, I’ve started attending classes at Orangetheory Fitness, a studio-based gym focused on instructor-led group workouts. Each session combines endurance, strength, and power training—no solo workouts, no free-roaming machines, just structured classes.

Every time I complete a class, I’ll log a brief entry here—more like a check-in than a full reflection. The goal is simple: stay consistent and track the journey, one workout at a time.
